Everett L. Riley, 83, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away at 6:40 am Saturday, July 11, 2015, at Genesis Hospice Morrison House.
He was born July 10, 1932, in Zanesville, the son of the late Lester and Cora Ball Riley.
He retired following 39 years of employment with AK Steel. He was a former member of the Ohio National Guard, American Legion Post #21 and Zanesville Moose.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Dunlap Riley; daughters, Kim (Bradley) Temple of Zanesville and Kelly C. Riley of Columbus; sister, Louella Dennis of Zanesville and grandchildren, Shiloh Larrison, Cameron Lavy, Kaylee Temple, Emma Temple, Allyson Temple and James Arnold.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his brothers, Ronnie and Donnie Riley.
Friends may call from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Monday, July 13 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home where, services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 am.
Interment will be at Memorial Park.
