Charles Wesley Van Horn

Charles Wesley Van Horn, 69, of Zanesville passed away October 7, 2016 at Genesis Morrison House after his battle with cancer.

He was born November 1, 1946 in Zanesville, son of the late Elmer and Goldie Van Horn. Chuck served in the Army (Military Police in Germany) for two years from '67 to '68. He was a super dedicated Ohio State fan.

He is survived by his children, Todd Van Horn, Tera Van Horn-Perry and Tonya Van Horn-Watton; grandchildren, Jordyn, Kaitlyn, and Evan Van Horn, and Madison and Drew Watton.

 In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Elmer and Richard; sister, Madge.

A private service was held and a dignified cremation has taken place.
