Ted D. Faulhaber, 79, of Zanesville, passed away May 28, 2012 at the Genesis Morrison House after a lingering illness.
He was born March 3, 1933 in Zanesville, Ohio, the son of the late Henry and Martha Faulhaber.
Ted worked at Zanesville Mould Company for thirty-seven years. He was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Old Wheels Antique Car Club, Muskingum County Coin Collectors’, Muskingum County Fisherman’s Association, former member of Muskingum County Gun Collectors Association, Eagles 302 and a former scuba diver for various law enforcement agencies rescue and recovery.
He is survived by wife Mary E. Faulhaber, sons Mark (Mary Jane) Faulhaber of McConnellsville, Ron (Diana) Faulhaber of Zanesville, Russ (Stacy) Faulhaber of Nashport, brother Bob (Saundra) Faulhaber, grandchildren Andrea (Kyle) Minnich, Hayley Dobbins, Jeremy (Amber) Faulhaber (currently serving in Afghanistan), Hunter and Lane Faulhaber, great-grandchildren Lola and Amelia Minnich, Callie Jo Faulhaber and Everett Faulhaber.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his sister Josephine Faulhaber, Patty (Floyd) Gaunder, brothers Bill, Fred, Dave, and Johnny Faulhaber, aunt Regula Drumm, mother- and father-in-law Lessie and Clell Brown.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday, May 30, 2012 and 10 to 11 am Thursday, May 31, 2012 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home where services will take place at 11 am Thursday with Pastor Mark Matzke officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
